School · About
I Came. I Saw. I Flew.
Ground school with handbook pages, a real lesson plan, a quiz that means something, and a written endorsement that’s earned. Cirrus and other single-engine land, IFR in the actual system — not a slide deck that never leaves the classroom.
Ground school here is a course, not a question mill. FAA books, a CFI lesson plan, a quiz at 90%. The course final is 80% before a written endorsement is on the table. That’s the deal.

Instructor of Record
Independent CFI/CFII and instructor of record for Veni, Vidi, Volavi. Trained and evaluated at Cirrus Platinum shops in Las Vegas (KHND) and Addison (KADS). Specializes in Cirrus and other single-engine land airplanes, high-performance work, cross-country, and instrument flying. Weekly IFR gathering at Addison. Mountain flying and Southern California IFR show up in how this campus teaches ADM — that’s where the judgment actually gets used.

KHND
Cirrus Platinum background in Las Vegas.
First solo through CFI, plus the rust-removal path home. Students, instructors, and current pilots share one campus — not three separate products.
The certificate path is hard enough. A syllabus, the FAA handbooks, a lesson plan, a chapter quiz at 90%, and a CFI who will not rubber-stamp the written. Pass the course final at 80%, then the endorsement is on the table.
You’re already carrying the flying, the paperwork, and the student. Altitude Affiliate and Volavi Vanguard exist so you can send people to a syllabus you’d actually teach — and earn on the referral.
The certificate isn’t the finish line. IFR club, Cockpit Comeback, membership dual, and the Hangar tools are how you keep the scan and the judgment from going quiet.
Private through CFII, plus Cockpit Comeback. Video, required reading, CFI lesson plans, chapter quizzes, notes after you pass, and a written-test path with an instructor on the other end.
Cloud Hopper through Ace Aviator: dual hours, Zoom ground, Discord, weekly IFR, and course discounts. Guided training, not only self-study.
Members Discord, a Results channel for pass cards, and weekly IFR at Addison. You should not have to hunt for a person when you’re stuck.
Kneeboard, logbook, live weather, study copilot, and an Exam Hall with the same tools you’ll see at PSI or CATS. Built in, not a third-party tab.
Altitude Affiliate if you refer students. Volavi Vanguard if you run a flight school and want this ground school inside your program.
Aviation training should not be a pile of questions or a video that never checks whether it landed. Teach it well and better pilots show up. Keep them current and the system is safer.
